Greencastle-Antrim hosts 37th annual show

GREENCASTLE – The Greencastle-Antrim High School gymnasium will transform into a hub of rhythmic precision and visual artistry Saturday, Jan. 31, as it hosts the 37th annual Keystone Indoor Drill Association competition.

The event will feature 23 performing units traveling from Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia. The day highlights the work of indoor guard and percussion programs from Greencastle-Antrim middle and high schools, alongside visiting regional competitors.

Tickets are available at the door for $12 for adults and $10 for students and senior citizens.

The percussion portion of the program begins at 3 p.m. After a brief transition, the guard units are scheduled to take the floor at 5:30 p.m. Organizers expect the event to conclude at approximately 8 p.m. Doors open at 2 p.m.

Local themes for the season include “The Twilight Zone,” “Across the Galaxy” and “The Memories We Hold On To” for the indoor percussion and high school guard units. The Greencastle-Antrim Middle School guard will perform “Stand In The Light,” while the Cadet Guard presents its 2026 program.

In addition to the performances, the event will feature concessions and various fundraising efforts. The event also features 50/50 raffles and gift basket raffles that will be held at the conclusion of each show. Attendees also can purchase items at gift and candy gram tables located within the venue.

Proceeds from the event benefit the Greencastle-Antrim music programs.
