Greencastle-Antrim High School Recognized Among Top Schools

GREENCASTLE. – Greencastle-Antrim High School (GAHS) has been recognized by US News and World Report (USNWR) as one of the best high schools in the nation. GAHS has been ranked in the top 40% of high schools in the United States.

USNWR’s Best High Schools ranking is based on a variety of factors, including college readiness, math and reading proficiency, and underserved student performance. GAHS scored favorably in all of these areas.

GAHS is one of only 15 high schools in Pennsylvania to be ranked in the top 40% by US News and World Report. The school is also one of only two high schools in Franklin County to receive this recognition.

The US News and World Report Best High Schools ranking is widely considered to be one of the most respected measures of a school’s academic quality. This recognition is a significant achievement for GAHS, and it is a reflection of the school’s commitment to excellence.

GAHS is located in Greencastle, Pa., and serves students in grades 9-12. The school has a proud tradition of academic excellence, and its graduates have gone on to attend some of the top colleges and universities in the country.
