WAYNESBORO – The Arts Alliance of Greater Waynesboro has announced updates for its inaugural Greater Waynesboro Art Studio Tour, scheduled for Nov. 1 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The application deadline has been extended to May 15, with a discounted fee now available for all applicants.
Organizers have expanded the event to include pop-up galleries, allowing artists from outside the Waynesboro Area School District to participate. One pop-up gallery will be hosted at Gallery 50/Music Makers in Waynesboro, with a second location to open if needed. Display mechanisms will be provided, and artists may indicate special display requirements on their applications. The number of accepted pieces will be determined after applications are reviewed.
A limited number of home studio tour openings remain for artists residing within the Waynesboro Area School District, which includes Mont Alto, South Mountain, Quincy, Tomstown, Zullinger, Waynesboro, Rouzerville and Blue Ridge Summit. Organizers encourage community members to share the application with eligible artists.
Interested artists can find more information and register through the official application process. For questions, contact Jody at [email protected].
