GETTYSBURG – The Gettysburg Film Festival will return April 2-4, 2026, honoring the American Revolution and the founding ideals that shaped the United States.
Set in the town where the nation’s fate was tested, the festival will explore the enduring legacy of freedom, democracy and unity through film, discussion and historical reflection.
Festival Chair Ken Burns will lead a series of screenings, conversations and special events built around the theme “The American Revolution.” Organizers said the programming will connect 1776 to Abraham Lincoln’s defining words in 1863 and beyond.
Special guests, film titles and ticket information will be announced later this year. Attendees can sign up for exclusive updates at www.GettysburgFilmFestival.org.
