CHAMBERSBURG – Students in the graphic communications program at Franklin County Career and Technology Center earned 54 Adobe certifications this year, showcasing their skills in industry-standard software. Under the guidance of instructor Bryan Hawbecker, the students achieved certifications in Adobe Design (14), Adobe Photoshop (15), Adobe Illustrator (13) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s 10-hour General Industry safety training (12).
The graphic communications program equips students with hands-on experience using Adobe Creative Cloud applications, managing the school print shop and copier operations. Graduates are prepared for entry-level positions or further education in digital design and communications.
The certifications validate students’ proficiency and readiness for careers in graphic design and related fields, marking a successful year for the program and its participants.
