CASCADE, MD – The Fort Ritchie Community Center is set to launch a February Fitness Challenge, a 4-week program designed to help participants tackle their fitness goals and maintain accountability with their teammates.
The challenge, which will be held throughout February, is open to both members and non-members, with a cost of $60 per member and $75 per non-member.
Participants can look forward to a range of offerings, including nutritional guidance, group fitness classes, pop-up challenges, virtual training, a weekly goal tracker, and the chance to win prizes. This initiative aims to provide a comprehensive and supportive platform for individuals to focus on their fitness and wellness objectives, with a variety of resources and activities to keep them engaged and motivated
