FORT RITCHIE — Shoppers were up early by 7 a.m. to browse tables filled with household goods, collectibles and seasonal décor during the Fort Ritchie Indoor Yard Sale.
Held inside the Fort Ritchie Community Center, the event featured 60 vendors offering a wide range of items, from everyday household necessities to unexpected treasures.
Tables were packed with carnival wear, kitchen goods, model cars, coin collections, snowman figurines, plants, books and VCR tapes. Shoppers also found board games, dolls, baskets, Valentine’s Day items, albums, tools, jewelry and Easter décor.
The indoor setting allowed residents to shop rain or shine in a climate-controlled space, drawing steady foot traffic throughout the morning.
Collectors browsed glassware and vintage dishes, while others searched through bins of toys and nostalgic items. Several tables featured themed displays, including winter snowman collections and holiday decorations.
Vendors began setting up early, organizing items neatly across long rows of tables inside the gymnasium-style space. Buyers moved from booth to booth, comparing prices and discovering unique finds.
The event continues to serve as a community gathering point, offering residents an opportunity to recycle household goods, support local sellers and connect with neighbors.
