Phoebe was surrendered to the shelter when she was not a good fit for her family. Phoebe has been rehomed multiple times due to ending up in homes with children and Phoebe does not do well with children or their unpredictability. In her previous home Phoebe did not do well when a child startled her leading to her being surrendered to the shelter. Phoebe is a nice girl for an adult only home (and without cats) and can be a rather sweet girl once she adjusts to her new environment. Phoebe is aloof with new people and may need several visits to establish a relationship with her adopters before she goes to her new home.
