CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. — The Good Neighbor Fest will take place Saturday, Sept. 12, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Mike Waters Park, featuring a full slate of live performances, community resources, free meals, and a charity collection drive.
Organized around the themes of unity, responsibility, and remembrance, the festival is designed to connect local residents and support regional organizations.
A central element of the event is a community drive collecting cold-weather gear—including coats, blankets and thermals—as well as hygiene essentials like soap, shampoo, and socks. Collected items will benefit Passing the Love, a local charity. Attendees who donate an item will receive a free raffle ticket.
Free meals will be provided through sponsorships from local groups, including BOPiC Inc., to bring neighbors together. Booths and informational displays will feature regional participants such as the Chambersburg Cares Coalition and Urban Rural Action.

- 11:30 a.m.: Singer Kyler Davis-Wright
- 12:10 p.m.: R&B singer Sane Jay
- 12:50 p.m.: Step dance by Network Ministries
- 1:20 p.m.: Hip-hop performance by PoppaVeLee
- 1:45 p.m.: Good Neighbor Nomination Recognition
- 2 p.m.: Hold the Line for Humanity
- 2:50 p.m.: Sole Purpose Line Dancing Crew
- 3:35 p.m.: Singer Kelsey Hayleigh, Miss Amazing Preteen 2026 PA
- 3:55 p.m.: Raffle drawings and closing remarks
- 4 p.m.: Festival concludes
Throughout the day, the festival will feature music, dancing, games and community resources.
