CHAMBERSBURG – Chambersburg police have notified the public that Donald Gene Hann, 70, a convicted sex offender, is now located in an apartment at 61 S. Franklin St.
Hann was convicted on Sept. 19, 2010, of indecent assault of a minor victim occurring on Aug. 1, 2008, according to media reports. Hann is described as a white male, standing 5’7″ and weighing 146 pounds. He has green eyes.
Under Meagan’s Law, a community notification is required when a change of address occurs. Police noted the information provided is intended for community safety purposes only and should not be used to threaten, intimidate or harass. Misuse of this information may result in criminal prosecution.
