GREENCASTLE – Patrons at the John Allison Public House got a visit from Santa Claus and that holiday prankster, the Grinch. From 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 7. Children could get their pictures taken and drop off those holiday gift wishes to the man in red while they enjoyed a delicious meal. Then to their delight the Grinch was making his way around the dining area to say hello and posing for pictures as well.
The event was a big hit and drew in a great crowd for the popular historical eatery. If you missed out last weekend, never fear! There is a follow-up event this coming Sunday, Dec. 14, from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. where Santa and the Grinch will be paying another visit. It is the perfect way to spend a Sunday while creating happy holiday memories for the whole family.
