CHAMBERSBURG – The Boys & Girls Club of Chambersburg and Shippensburg are kicking off preparations for its largest community outreach event of the year: Santa’s Clubhouse. This annual program aims to bring holiday joy to even more local families by creating magical experiences and supporting youth development across the region.
The 2025 Santa’s Clubhouse Tour will visit Downtown Chambersburg and additional area locations, offering increased visibility for event sponsors. Local businesses and individuals can support the effort through sponsorship opportunities, with levels ranging from $500 to $5,000. Sponsors receive various benefits, such as featured recognition on event signage, staff shirts, online promotions and social media acknowledgments.
In addition to financial sponsorships, the Club is seeking volunteers to help staff event activities. “Your support can transform a child’s holiday—and their future—from ordinary to extraordinary,” an organization said. Community members are encouraged to donate, sponsor or volunteer, with more details and a sponsorship form available by contacting the Boys & Girls Club directly. The deadline for 2025 sponsorship commitments is Nov. 21.
