CHAMBERSBURG — The Capitol Theatre Center will come alive with banjo-pickin’ rhythms and toe-tapping tunes this Saturday, Feb. 28, when bluegrass bands take the stage for the annual Mountain Music & Moonshine event.
The concert begins at 7 p.m. at 159 S. Main St. in downtown Chambersburg. Doors open at 6 p.m., with the bar ready to serve whiskey, bourbon, moonshine, beer, and wine featuring local favorites Cold Spring Hollow Distillery and GearHouse Brewing Co. Non-alcoholic beverages and concessions will also be available.
Regional bluegrass group Ironwood Drive Band will open the night, followed by headliner Remington Ryde, known for their high-energy style and traditional Appalachian sound. The event promises an evening of lively music that is sure to entertain fans of all ages.
