WAYNESBORO – Enjoy southern style cuisine when visiting B&B Bar B Que & Catering in Waynesboro.
The dine-in or carryout eatery will open at its new location at 730 S. Potomac St. at 11 a.m. Tuesday, April 8. B&B was formerly located in the Boro Plaza.
“We are honored to be able to serve God, and our establishment provides therapy in the southern hospitality that we bring,” said owner and chef Quinton McCollum. “Our customers become family, and we spread that sentiment through the community. Everyone is welcome.”
B&B’s menu includes chicken, ribs, pulled pork, smoked sausage, pit beef, beef brisket and smoked turkey. Sides include candied yams, macaroni and cheese, baked potato, vegetable of the day, beans, cole slaw, collard greens and cornbread muffins. Coke products as well as sweet tea and lemonade are available. Hours are 11 a.m. to 8 Tuesday through Saturday.
Customers may opt to enjoy their barbecue as a sandwich or dinner, which is served with two sides. Meals for kids are available. “We also have family package deals and cater, whether it’s an office party, carnival, fair, wedding or anniversary … any event,” McCollum added.
