Paul W. Smith always has a smile on his face. And it’s been that way for nearly 100 years. Smith, formerly of Rouzerville and Waynesboro, will celebrate his centennial birthday July 16. Born July 16, 1923, in Rouzerville, Smith was the second of six children born to Roy and Helen Smith. Siblings Helen Cool of Smithsburg, and Ann McGehee of Lancaster, also survive.
