CHAMBERSBURG -Thousands of people walked the streets of downtown Chambersburg on Saturday, Oct. 18, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., for the free AppleFest. The gathering featured art, crafters, music on the steps of the courthouse, food trucks, downtown shopping and restaurants, with activities for all ages throughout the day.
Vendors filled the area with displays of crafts and goods, while food trucks offered a variety of options. Music performances echoed from the courthouse steps, adding to the lively atmosphere. Kid vendors showcased their creations alongside inflatables for young attendees.
Unique moments included a hair salon cutting a woman’s hair and a man receiving a massage amid the festivities. The event highlighted community spirit through its mix of shopping, dining and family-oriented fun in the heart of Chambersburg.
