Meet our Pet of The Week, Jojo!
Unfortunately, for senior Jojo, he has found himself in our care at no fault of his own after the people he called his family repeatedly failed him. The shelter is definitely no place for a sweet, 10-year-old boy like Jojo and staff is desperate to find him a home where he can enjoy his golden years in peace and comfort.
There is not a phrase that fits Mr. Jojo better than calling him a gentle giant, or maybe a couch potato! The simple things are still the best things in Jojo’s opinion. A soft bed, a treat of some canned food or a chewy bone, are all Jojo needs to have a fantastic day!
Jojo is quite a big boy and loves to explore outside! Getting to explore is quite the exciting thing for Jojo and he does pull hard on the leash in our care. An owner willing to work on his leash manners or someone with a fenced in yard would be the ideal home for Jojo!
Jojo does need to be the only furry friend in his forever home but has plenty of love to go around to make up for it! If you are looking for endless snuggles, kisses and hugs, you don’t need to look any further than Jojo! Jojo is wonderful with kids and will make a loyal, loving companion for a family who’s ready to welcome this sweet boy into their heart.
