HAGERSTOWN, MD – The Washington County Division of Engineering announced that David H. Martin will close a lane on Mt. Aetna Road, near Howell Road, effective Monday, Nov. 27, through Friday, Dec. 1. One lane will be closed on Mt. Aetna Road operating under flagger operation between 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. during this time frame for the installation of drainage inlets.
