HAGERSTOWN, MD—In keeping with its mission of “Improving the Health of the Community”, Meritus Health has announced The Urological Center has joined the health system’s comprehensive lineup of specialized medical care as Meritus Urology.
Since 1956, The Urological Center has cared for patients in the region, and joining the local health system creates a better opportunity for coordinated care in the local community.
“We are thrilled to be joining Meritus where we can continue to care for our community,”said Dr. Richard Bryson, physician at Meritus Urology. “Our integration into the health system marks an exciting chapter for our team. We look forward to serving our community with enhanced care coordination,” he added.
“Now, patients who have trouble affording their care will be able to benefit from Meritus patient financial assistance and get the access they need” said Dave Lehr, Chief Strategy Officer, Meritus Health. “We continue to place the needs of our patients at the top of our list and prioritize supporting those needs.”
The practice will continue to operate out of the same location within Robinwood Professional Center.
