HAGERSTOWN, Md. — First Christian Church is hosting a community picnic and invites families, friends, and neighbors to enjoy food, games, live entertainment, and fellowship.
The Sunday picnic will be held from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 13, at the church, 1345 Potomac Ave. Everyone is welcome, and you’re encouraged to bring a lawn chair or picnic blanket to relax and enjoy the afternoon.
Food, games and bounce houses will entertain kids and adults throughout the event.
All Grassed Up will play live music from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., keeping everyone entertained during the picnic.
Extra activities begin at noon. Elizabeth will offer face painting from noon to 2 p.m., and Quay will host Bingo from noon to 1 p.m.
If you want to cool off, Antietam Dairy will be serving ice cream from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The picnic brings people from across Hagerstown together to enjoy music, kids’ activities, games and food in a relaxed community setting.
