WAYNESBORO, Pa — Local News 1 is publishing a second set of photographs of Waynesboro’s “Boro 250” banners, continuing an effort to capture as many of the displays as possible throughout the borough. The banners, which celebrate the nation’s upcoming semiquincentennial, reflect a broad community effort involving local organizers, businesses and volunteers.
