CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. – Pennsylvania State Police continue to investigate a decade-old homicide in Franklin County and are asking the public for assistance in identifying those responsible.
Authorities said 75-year-old Lee Johnson was found dead April 14, 2016, in the driveway of his home along the 17000 block of Spring Run East in Fannett Township. He had suffered a gunshot wound to the chest.
Investigators believe Johnson may have encountered someone when he went outside during overnight hours, though details surrounding the circumstances remain unclear.
The case remains unsolved, and police are urging anyone with information to come forward. A $5,000 reward is being offered for tips that lead to an arrest.
