CHAMBERSBURG – Students in the Veterinary Assisting program at Franklin County Career and Technology Center recently demonstrated their technical skills during hands-on training exercises.
Under the direction of instructor Lisa Cook, the students practiced handling and restraint techniques, as well as safe methods for administering medication. The activity gave students the opportunity to apply classroom knowledge in a controlled, real-world setting.
The program continues to emphasize teamwork, practical experience and professional skills development as students prepare for future careers in animal care.
