Go with the flow. Yoga Flow will be held from 9 to 10 a.m. Friday, July 1, at Renfrew in the museum house backyard. Led by instructor Wendy Royer, the class will focus on relaxation, flexibility and strength through basic yoga poses. Admission is free. Bring your own yoga mat. Celebrate America’s birthday. Experience a rural militia muster and marvel at the military prowess of the 18th Century soldier, the life of civilians following the army, and aspects of a rural Pennsylvania community at Conococheague Institute. Program will include drills, crafts, cooking, games and more. 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, July 2.
