Spring might still be weeks away, but green thumbs can get growing early with Penn State Extension’s “Get in the Mood for Spring with Winter Sowing” workshop in Chambersburg. Led by Penn State Master Gardeners, the hands-on session will show participants how to turn a simple milk jug into a mini greenhouse and start seeds that can withstand the cold. Step into the snowy world of Arendelle as “Frozen: The Broadway Musical” brings Disney magic to life at the Washington County Playhouse & Dinner Theatre, 44 N. Potomac St., Rear, Hagerstown.
