BOONSBORO, Md. — Turn the Page Bookstore will celebrate its 30th anniversary Saturday, July 19, at 10 a.m. with a ribbon-cutting ceremony in front of the shop.
For three decades, Turn the Page Bookstore has been a cornerstone of the Boonsboro community, drawing readers, outdoor enthusiasts and travelers. The store’s presence helped establish Boonsboro as a destination, now recognized as a Boonsboro Appalachian Trail Community.
The event, hosted by the Boonsboro Economic Development Commission, invites residents and visitors to join in commemorating the milestone. Organizers say the celebration honors not only the bookstore’s legacy but also the spirit of small businesses and the vibrant local community.
Attendees can expect a festive atmosphere as the town looks forward to many more years of literary inspiration and community engagement.
