WAYNESBORO, Pa. — The Alexander Hamilton Free Public Library has released the schedule of their events and opened registration for the upcoming 10th Annual Wizarding Weekend taking place in Waynesboro on July 31-Aug 1.
The library will be hosting six events this year with all of them taking place on Saturday, Aug 1. The festivities begin with the Herbology Steam Express which will be taking place in the Makerspace from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. There is no registration required for this segment of the event.
Throughout the library, there will be a fun scavenger hunt called Dobbie’s Ice Cream Scavenger Sock Hunt. Also, there will be the DIY Bowtruckles being held in the Kids Room. Both of these events are while supplies last.
Also, from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. are the Qwidditich Games in the Kids Room Play Area of the library. There is also no registration needed for this segment. The Divinations with Looney Loveokay will be taking place from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m. in the Teen Room. No registration required.
There will also be a fun Potions Class taking place in the Community Room at 10 a.m., 10:4 a.m., 11:30 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. Registration is required for this class.
