WAYNESBORO, Pa. — A 27-year-old Waynesboro man has been charged with one c ount each of endangering the welfare of children and simple assault after an incident was reported to Waynesboro police on May 15.
Facing the charges is Cameron C. L. Radabaugh, Waynesboro, in connection with an incident at 7:27 a.m. on W, North Street.
Waynesboro police have not revealed additional details.
