WAYNESBORO, Pa. – A 25-year-old Waynesboro man has been charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and 10 counts of possession of a controlled sustance, Waynesboro police reported.
Mohammed Nasser Al Mawjari, Waynesboro, was charged after an incident was reported to police on April 14 at 1:22 p.m. on Abigail Avenue, police said.
