WAYNESBORO, Pa. – The Arts Alliance of Greater Waynesboro will host the 2026 Waynesboro High School Art Show this weekend, showcasing the creative achievements of local students at Gallery 50.
The exhibition opens Friday, April 24, with a reception from 5 to 8 p.m. featuring refreshments and live performances. The showcase continues Saturday, April 25, from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and concludes Sunday, April 26, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The opening night festivities include a performance by musical duo Wayne Driscoll and Frank Critelli. Part of the “Music Makers” and “Live Music Fridays” series, the performance will run from 5:30 to 8 p.m. in a “listening room” setting.
Driscoll is known for a repertoire of original songs and improvisational “Lucky Punk” standards. Critelli, a veteran of the Northeast folk scene, is a prolific singer-songwriter who also performs with the trio The Bargain.
Admission to the gallery and the musical performance is free. Gallery 50 is located at 50 West Main St., while the Music Makers event will be held nearby at 46 West Main St.
