Rita’s Italian Ice & Frozen Custard is unveiling a new twist on its signature treat just in time for warm weather.
Starting Monday, April 6, participating Rita’s locations will offer the new Gelati Sundae, a limited-time frozen dessert that builds on the brand’s beloved Gelati. The lineup features three layered creations with both Italian ice and frozen custard.
Flavor options include Strawberry Shortcake, crafted with vanilla Italian ice, strawberry topping, and vanilla frozen custard topped with vanilla wafers. Bear-y Sweet combines cotton candy Italian ice, gummy bears, vanilla frozen custard, and rainbow sprinkles. Wild ChocoCherry layers wild black cherry Italian ice, chocolate frozen custard, hot fudge, and chocolate chips.

The new Gelati Sundae lineup will be available for a limited time this spring at participating Rita’s shops nationwide.
