WAYNESBORO, Pa. — Waynesboro Area Middle School raised more than $20,000 during its Walk-A-Thon on Sept. 25.
Proceeds will help cover transportation and related costs for building field trips, Adventures in Learning, Adventures in Careers, Field Day and other student activities.
The fundraiser also supports classroom, team and schoolwide incentives, including award days, prizes and perfect-attendance parties.
Food vendors at the event included The Dough Father, Cracken Catering, Chillin’ Out Snowballs, Feedbag Catering and Carry Out, Funnel Cakes, Pap’s Dog Stop, Kona Ice and All Mac’d Out.
