WAYNESBORO, Pa. — A lively crowd gathered Sunday at Red Run Park for an afternoon of classic country music, as the Drinkin’ & Dreamin’ band delivered a spirited performance under sunny skies.
Families filled the park grounds July 26, spreading out blankets and lawn chairs while enjoying picnics and reunions. Children played on the playground as the band’s traditional country sound carried across the venue, drawing listeners to their feet to dance near the stage.
The concert was part of the Red Run Park Summer Concert Series, which continues to bring a mix of regional talent to the community each weekend. Attendees described the atmosphere as relaxed and welcoming, with a strong turnout reflecting the popularity of the series.
