Mann Plumbing defeated the Green Bananas 6–2 on Friday in GASBA Little League action, capitalizing on timely scoring despite being outhit.
Green Bananas tallied eight hits to Mann Plumbing’s four but struggled to convert opportunities into runs. Mann Plumbing built its lead early and maintained control throughout, using efficient baserunning and steady defense to hold off multiple Green Bananas threats.
Green Bananas continued to put runners aboard in the later innings but could not deliver the key hits needed to close the gap. Mann Plumbing’s pitching staff worked out of several jams to secure the win.
The loss drops Green Bananas despite a strong offensive showing, while Mann Plumbing’s ability to maximize limited chances proved decisive in the matchup.
