Mr. Wilbur Roy "Fuzz" Tosten, Sr., 76, of Hagerstown, died Wednesday afternoon January 1, 2025, at Complete Care at Hagerstown. He was the husband of Lorrata Mae Wright Tosten, his wife of three years.
Born August 13, 1948, in Hagerstown, he was a son of the late Guy Albertus, Sr., and Elizabeth May Henson Tosten. He attended Williamsport High School.
Fuzz previously worked with Cushwa Brick Works, Williamsport, and Dewey Jordan, Inc., Frederick.
He enjoyed tinkering on old Chevy trucks; and landscaping.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are his children, Wilbur R. Tosten, Jr., and wife Kristine, and James Bradley Tosten, Sr., and wife Lindsey, all of Hagerstown, Renee Clark of Boonsboro, Elizabeth Freeman and husband Zack of New York, and Alex Tosten and wife Sarah of Halfway; his nine grandchildren and one great grandchild; as well as his siblings Guy A. Tosten, Jr., and wife Vicki of Pennsylvania, Nancy Socks and husband Jack of Hagerstown, Robert Lee Tosten and wife Libby of Clear Spring, William A. Tosten and wife Lora of Boonsboro, Philip Tosten and wife Ronda of Wolfsville, Phyllis Leadbeater and husband David of Chesapeake, Virginia, and Beverly Black and husband Dennis of Boonsboro; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Andrew K. Coffman Funeral Home, Hagerstown, is assisting the family with arrangements. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
