William Michael Robinson, 54, of Waynesboro, passed away suddenly and peacefully surrounded by his family on November 21, 2025, at Waynesboro Hospital following several very brief illnesses.
Born April 19, 1971, he was the son of the late Ronald Colin Robinson and Jennifer Lee (Bloom) Robinson.
Mike was a graduate of Waynesboro Area High School, Class of 1989. He devoted much of his adult life to the medical field, serving in emergency rooms and as an EMT, where he dedicated himself to the care and well-being of others. Most recently, he was employed at Lowe’s in Waynesboro.
Mike was a life member of the Waynesboro Volunteer Fire Department. He also attended services at LCBC Church, Waynesboro.
He is survived by his three children: Michelle Anderson and her husband, Andy; Joe Robinson and his wife, Charity; and Maggie Robinson. He was a proud grandfather to Austin Anderson and baby Izzy Robinson. He is also survived by his former wife and mother of his children, Beverly Robinson; his aunts Ruth “Pat” Foreman and Rebecca “Becky” Crawmer; his uncles Gerry Bloom and David Bloom; and numerous cousins, each of whom held a special place in his heart.
In addition to his parents, Mike was preceded in death by his infant sister, Suzanne R. Robinson; his grandparents, Joel and Josephine Robinson and Ralph and Mary Bloom; and his aunt Diane Bloom, uncle Tom Bloom, and aunt Rose Shank.
Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life on Sunday, November 30, 2025, at 6:00 PM at Greencastle Presbyterian Church in Greencastle, with Rev. Dr. A. Robert Cook officiating. Visitation will take place at the church starting at 5:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Grove-Bowersox to help defray funeral costs or to the charity of one’s choice.
