Vaughn Olan Rice, 65, of Chambersburg, PA passed away Tuesday May 14, 2024 peacefully at home with his sister Cheryl by his side. Born November 9, 1958 in Chambersburg he was the son of the late Clarence Burnell Rice and Mary Louise (Landis) Rice.
