Timothy J. Adams, 59, of Fayetteville, PA, passed away on Thursday, May 8, 2025, at his home. Born September 29, 1965, in Chambersburg, he was a son of the late Carl E. and Patricia A. Poole Adams.
Tim was employed as a transmission mechanic with DEG Automotive in Chambersburg. He enjoyed working on cars, shopping, woodworking, and loved his family and dogs, Janie, Susan and Ruby.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Connie Sue Leeper Adams, whom he married on May 26, 1989; one son, James Allen Adams of Fayetteville; one brother, Brian Adams of Chambersburg; a niece Jenni Probst and husband Keith of St. Simons Island, GA; two great nephews, Tanner and Spencer; and a great niece, Bridget. Aside from his parents, Tim was preceded in death by his brother, Carl Lee Adams.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, in the chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, 333 Falling Spring Road, Chambersburg, PA 17202. Rev. Dr. A. Robert Cook will officiate. Interment will follow the service in Norland Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 – 1:00 PM prior to the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
