Taylor Rae Steen, 28, of Chambersburg, PA passed away unexpectedly Monday, January 22, 2024. Born May 8, 1995 in Lancaster, PA she was the daughter of Ray L. Steen Jr. and his wife, Lisa of Larkspur, CO and the late Tabitha (Myers) Steen.
In addition to her father and step-mother she is survived by her boyfriend, Allen Sipes; two daughters, Raylee Nicole Steen and Ember Marie Prange; a sister Kayla Alyse Schwartz.
