Ms. Tammy S. (Bailey) Neil, 59, of Greencastle, PA, passed away Friday, June 6, 2025, at Mercy House, Chambersburg, PA.
Born July 19, 1965, in Waldorf, MD, she is the daughter of the late Roger Bailey and Carol (Thompson) Bailey.
She graduated from Princeton High School, Princeton, WV.
When she was able, she attended church at Antrim Assembly of God, Greencastle. She was a social butterfly who enjoyed talking and spending time with friends, swimming, and watching various TV shows. Above all else, she had a deep love for her family.
She is survived by her two children, Stacy Witmer and his wife Phylicia of Greencastle, and Daniel Witmer of Shippensburg, PA; 7 grandchildren, Ethan Witmer, Alivia Witmer, Danica Witmer, Neviah Witmer, Boaz Witmer, Waylon Witmer, and Bryson Witmer; her siblings, Michelle Bailey, Jr. Bailey, and Rodney Bailey; and numerous beloved nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father and one sister, Debbie Bailey.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
