Mr. Reynolds G. Christman, 82, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away Friday, September 18, 2026, in his home.

Born December 26, 1943, in Chambersburg, he was the son of the late Warren P. and Mary N. (Bowman) Christman.

Mr. Christman attended Brown’s Mill School, Kauffman Station.

He and his wife of 63 years, Mary L. (Ott) Christman were married January 12, 1963, in Hagerstown, MD.

In his younger years, Mr. Christman worked for Guerdon’s Mobile Homes as an electrician. He then drove a truck for Horst Milk and Lehman Egg’s for 45 years.

A faithful man by nature, he was a lifelong member of Ebenezer United Brethren Church, Greencastle, PA, where his faith remained an important part of his life. He enjoyed taking day trips to Lancaster and Sugarcreek, OH, where he loved visiting Amish Country. A true farmer at heart, he was a hardworking man who enjoyed tending to his garden, never complained, and was always willing to lend a helping hand. Above all else, he was a one-of-a-kind family man who adored his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren and treasured time spent with them.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by his four children, Michael Christman, Stephen Christman and his wife Chris, both of Greencastle, Joy Christman Hose and her husband Jonathan “JD”, of Fayetteville, PA, and Gay Upperman and her husband Chris of St. Thomas, PA; 11 grandchildren; 5 step grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 6 step great-grandchildren; his siblings, W. Ronald Christman of St. Thomas, Linn G. Christman of Greencastle, and Danah C. Christman of Hagerstown, MD; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Beverly G. Souders and LaKee E. Christman.

Graveside services will be held 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, September 22, 2026, in Brown’s Mill Cemetery, 7635 Browns Mill Road, Chambersburg with Pastor David Grove officiating.
