Mr. Raymond E. “Pete” Webber, 77, of Mont Alto, PA, passed away Sunday, September 15, 2024 in his home.
Born June 27, 1947 in Frederick, MD, he was the son of the late Morgan and Wilhelmina (Hawes) Webber.
He and his wife, the late Judith L. “Edwards” Webber, were married January 2, 1991 in Frederick. They were together for over 22 years when she passed away September 5, 2013.
Pete spent many years working in dairy farming and also for the Park Service. When he and his late wife lived in Delaware, he spent many days on the water, fishing and crabbing.
He leaves behind eight children, Jonica Young and her husband, Brandon of Mont Alto, Chelsea Webber and her fiancé, Kyle of Baltimore Co., MD, Kayla Webber of Mont Alto, Robert Webber and his wife, Lisa of Rouzerville, PA, Raymond Webber and his wife, Chris of Greencastle, PA, Khandi Kassing and her fiancé, Shanon of Mercersburg, Juice Kassing of Milford, DE and Melissa Webber of TX; 23 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; siblings, Kenneth Webber, Carrie Ann Lincks, Clarence Webber, Cindy Pearl, Krista Fox and Terry Webber; and a number of nieces and nephews as well as a host of extended family and friends.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by siblings, Sylvia Bealer, Mary Etta Draper, Buddy Webber, Susan Webber, Mark Webber and Mike Webber.
Services and burial will be private at the convenience of the family.
