Phyllis May Crenshaw,74, passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at Laurel Lakes Rehabilitation and Wellness Center. She was born April 21, 1952, in Washington, D.C., the daughter of the late Thelma (Dotson) and Albert Peters.
Phyllis is survived by; her children, Laura Thomas, Todd Crenshaw and Matthew Crenshaw. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Robin Arnett.
A Memorial Service will be held at a the convenience of the family.
