Phillip Campbell,66, passed away April 27, 2026 at home. He was born December 22, 1959 in Chambersburg, the son of the late Thelma Elaine (Thomas) and Willie Eugene Campbell. Phillip is survived by his sister, Willia Campbell; niece, Medina Williams; and nephew Eli Patterson. A Memorial service is to be determined.
