Paul W. Bridegam, age 94, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2026, at Luther Ridge. Born July 27, 1932, in Pottstown, PA, he was the son of the late Paul W. and Pauline Hoffman Bridegam, Sr.

Mr. Bridegam was a graduate of Penn State University; he worked as an electrical engineer for many years at Giddings-Lewis, where he retired in 1999. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Chambersburg, where he served in the Stephens Ministry. He enjoyed fishing, vacationing, and watching the Philadelphia Phillies.

Surviving is his wife of 42 years, Nancy D. Lehman Bridegam, whom he married on October 8, 1983; four children, Robert Bridegam of Spring City, PA, Randall Bridegam (wife Donna) of Phoenixville, PA, David Bridegam (wife Stephanie) of Laureldale, PA, and Paula Bridegam of Chambersburg, PA; and a sister, Eileen Jacob (husband Robert) of Pottstown, PA. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Willa Mae Bridegam and two sons, Jeffrey and David Bridegam.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 21, 2026, at 10 AM in the Chapel of Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, Inc., 333 Falling Spring Rd., Chambersburg, PA, where Pastor Steve Livermore will officiate. The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 20 from 6 – 8 PM and on Friday one hour prior to the service in the funeral home. Interment will follow the service in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Pottstown, PA at 1:30 PM. Online condolences may be offered on his page at www.geiselfuneralhome.com.
