Patricia Furley Goulding passed away in the early morning of November 12, 2024 in Mercy House in Chambersburg Pennsylvania. She was 88 years old. Born in Chambersburg on April 2, 1936, Pat was the daughter of the late Nevin and Helen Furley. She was married for 30 years to Jack Goulding, who passed away 29 years ago.
Pat went to school in Chambersburg and lived there for most of her life. After doing her nursing training at Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia, she worked for 41 years at Chambersburg Hospital as a Registered Nurse, head nurse and Director of Quality Assurance and Risk Management.
She is survived by her sister Judy Dunow, children Suzanne Amador Kane and Scott Goulding, stepchildren Carol Faria and Ben Goulding, and grandchildren Lex and Sally Kane, all of whom miss her dearly.
She really enjoyed spending time and traveling with family, and friends, her many pets, reading, gardening, golfing and playing the piano.
Memorial services and burial in Lincoln Cemetery will be private. Arrangements are by Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home and Cremation Center.
