Diane (Juray) Witherspoon, 62, of Chambersburg, PA, passed away at the Chambersburg Hospital, August 10, 2026, surrounded by family. She was born in Chambersburg on February 9, 1964, to Virginia (Thomas) Juray who preceded her in death.
She is survived by her husband, Robert, of 36 years and had lived together for 42 years. Diane is also survived by her daughter, Rachael Witherspoon of Waynesboro, and son, Quinn Witherspoon II of Chambersburg; grandchildren: Destiny, Donovan, Deavein, Kaia, and Michaella; great-grandchildren: Ivo and Scarlett. Also surviving her are her siblings: Wanda Martin, Trisha Teal, Kenneth Juray, Richard Juray Jr, Robert Juray, George Juray, and Troy Juray; many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.
In addition to her mother, she also was preceded in death by her son, Michael Witherspoon; sister, Roberta Juray; brothers-in-law, Jerry Martin and Chester Teal.
Diane was employed at the Marine Corps League of Chambersburg for 37 years retiring in February as a cook and then manager of the kitchen.
Friends are welcome to join the family for a Celebration of Life Service which will be held Sunday, August 16, 2026, at the Marine Corps League on Grant Street in Chambersburg at 1:00 pm.
