Nacisse Mathieu, 53, passed away March 21, 2026, at Wellspan York Hospital. He was the husband of Raymonde Gilles. Born in Haiti, he was the son of Paul Mathieu (father) and Jeanna Beadouin (mother). He worked in international relations for transport services. He was a member of The Open Door Church. He enjoyed music, traveling and working. He was a hard working man. He will be remembered for his helping hand, good heart and his willingness to grow. He always maintained great respect for those around him. He loved people and would choose others before himself. He is survived by his wife Raymonde, his three siblings, and his step children who miss him dearly. He is predeceased by his parents, three brothers and a sister. The funeral services will be held on Good Friday, April 3, 2026, at 10 am at The Open Door Church in Chambersburg with interment at the Lincoln Cemetery. The visitation will be held from 9 am to 10 am at the time of the service.
