Mr. Miguel Angel Berrios Burgos, 89, of Hagerstown, died late Monday evening, October 23, 2023, at Doey’s House, Hospice of Washington County, Hagerstown. He was the husband of Mrs. Claribel Solari, his wife of 46 years.
Born June 20, 1934, in Puerto Rico, he was a son of the late Santos Berrios and Rosa Burgos.
Prior to retirement, Miguel worked with a furniture company in Puerto Rico.
He was Catholic by faith.
Miguel was a New York Mets Baseball Fan.
A caring father and grandfather, he, in addition to his wife, is survived by sons Miguel Angel Berrios and wife Sandra Balbuena and Jordan Alberto Berrios, all of Hagerstown; his grandchildren, Isabelle, Elena, Yadalis, Jordan, and Leo; and a great grandchild, Alane; as well as his sister Norma Berrios and husband Estevan of Catalina, Puerto Rico; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The Andrew K. Coffman Funeral Home, Hagerstown, is assisting the family with arrangements. Services are private and at the convenience of the family.
