Mr. Mason. J. Prosser, 56, of Fayetteville, PA, passed away Monday, May 19, 2025, in the Chambersburg Hospital. Born January 12, 1969, he was the son of John Daniel Prosser and his wife Linda of Dillsburg, PA and the late Ann Marie Hinkle. He was a graduate of Chambersburg Area Senior High School with the class of 1987. Mason was a self-employed builder throughout his career. He enjoyed fishing, golfing and spending time with his family and friends. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Crystal (Shives) Prosser who he married on December 29, 1989; two children, Chloe Prosser and Clayton Prosser both of Fayetteville; a grandson, Wesley Prosser; four siblings, Rhonda Stum (Ellyn Garcia), Wendy Holz, Matt Speece and Sara Prosser; and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to his mother, he is preceded in death by a brother Michael Prosser. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
